What you can expect from an audit, and what we need from you.

Scope
The Activation Audit covers the path from first visit to first value (landing page, signup or trial, onboarding and the first key action) for up to two user roles. A Custom Audit Sprint covers the flows and roles agreed in writing before it starts.
Price and payment
The Activation Audit is $650, paid in full before work begins. A Custom Audit Sprint is quoted as a fixed price and timeline, agreed before work begins.
Timing
The Activation Audit takes 10 business days from the kickoff call to the walkthrough call. If we are waiting on access or answers from you, the dates move by the same amount.
What you get
The audit site, its findings and recommendations are yours to use and share inside your company. We may mention that we worked with you only if you agree.
Confidentiality
Your product, data and findings stay private. We are happy to sign your NDA before we get access.
